ENThank you. Currently, our temporary employees' turnover rate is particularly high within the
first three months of employment, and we believe workplace relationships and workload are the
main causes. Traditional interviews alone cannot capture all concerns, and cases where
resignation reasons are unclear are increasing.
Therefore, I propose introducing a chat consultation system using generative AI. This system
allows staff to anonymously consult about their concerns via smartphone, with AI analyzing
conversation content to assess resignation risk and sending notifications to relevant personnel.

ENYes. When introduced in advance in the nursing care and childcare industries, early turnover
rates improved by approximately 15%. In the sales department as well, we're considering a pilot
implementation targeting 7,500 people in the call center division first.
